Care Guide & Instruction Manuals

Dust the baskets or fitted liners with rice flour before proofing. Baskets are for proofing only and must not go in the oven.

After use, let residue dry, then brush gently and shake out loose flour. Avoid soap and prolonged soaking. Air dry fully and store with space for air to circulate.

Hand wash the jar and tools, then dry thoroughly. Do not soak wooden handles. Keep the starter jar lid loosely fitted during active fermentation.

Bread lame blades are very sharp. Keep them covered and out of reach of children.

FAQs
Can I bake bread in the baskets?

No. The rattan baskets support dough during proofing. Turn the dough onto a suitable baking surface before baking.

Do I need to use the liners?

You can proof dough with or without them. Flour either surface before use. A liner gives a smoother finish; the bare basket leaves a ringed pattern.

How do I clean the baskets?

Let residue dry, then brush gently and shake out loose flour. Rinse only when needed, avoid soap and prolonged soaking, and let the baskets air dry completely before storage.

How should I clean the other tools?

Hand wash food contact parts with mild detergent, rinse and dry. Do not soak wooden handles. Follow the full User Guide for the jar, blades and other accessories.

How do returns work?

Please read our returns and refund policy for eligibility and how to request a return.
