From slow roasts to oven bakes, the Jimpsy Enamel Roasting Tin with Lid offers a generous 7 litre capacity for meat, fish and vegetables.
Made from carbon steel with porcelain enamel inside and out, it combines a deep oval base with a self basting lid that helps return condensation to your food as it cooks. A glossy black finish with white speckles gives it a classic look, while two side handles make it easier to lift using oven gloves.
Suitable for oven cooking up to 230°C, the roaster measures 42 × 32 cm, with a height of 10 cm without the lid and 16 cm with it fitted. It is dishwasher safe and can also be washed by hand once cooled.

Before first use, remove all packaging and labels, then wash and dry thoroughly.
Oven safe up to 230°C. Use dry oven gloves, as the tin, lid and handles become hot.
Lightly grease before cooking. Use silicone, wooden or nylon utensils. Do not use metal utensils or cut inside the tin.
Do not heat empty, fill beyond two thirds, or leave unattended during use. Not suitable for the freezer.
Let it cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe with mild detergents, or hand wash with a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly before storing.
