Are all products used or do you also sell new items

At Jimpsy, we sell both new and refurbished/used products. While some of our items are pre-owned or professionally refurbished to ensure high quality, we also offer a selection of brand-new products. Each product listing will indicate whether the item is new, used, or refurbished, so you can shop with confidence!

What is the difference between new, used, and refurbished products?

New – These are unused items, but some may not come with the original packaging. They are fully functional and in brand-new condition.

Used – These are pre-owned items that may show signs of wear but are tested to ensure they work properly. They may or may not include original packaging or accessories.

Refurbished – These items have been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. While they may have minor cosmetic imperfections, they function like new.

Are the used and refurbished items tested before being sold

We ensure that every used and refurbished product goes through a rigorous inspection and testing process before it is listed for sale. Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable products that meet our customers' expectations.

Our Testing & Inspection Process:

Physical Inspection – We check for any cosmetic wear, missing parts, or damage.
Functionality Testing – Each item is tested to ensure it works properly, including power checks, performance testing, and hardware diagnostics.
Refurbishment (if needed) – For refurbished items, we repair or replace any faulty components, clean the product thoroughly, and restore it to like-new condition.
Final Quality Check – Before listing, the product undergoes a final round of testing to ensure it meets our quality and performance standards.

While some refurbished and used products may show minor cosmetic imperfections, they are fully functional and ready for use. We stand by our products and ensure transparency by clearly stating their condition in each listing.

What are your Return, Refund and Exchange policy?

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused or as received).
  • For new items, they must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Used and refurbished items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

  • If the exact item is not available, we may offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item and verify its condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
