Product Details
Prepare everyday meals with the Jimpsy Acacia Chopping Board Set. Four wooden boards and a matching storage stand keep everything together, ready for slicing bread, chopping vegetables and preparing meat or fish.
Each board is 1.5 cm thick, with engraved food symbols on the tabs for easy identification. Grooved cutting surfaces help catch juices, while the stand keeps the boards upright and neatly stored between uses.
The boards and stand are made from acacia wood. As acacia is a natural material, the wood colour and grain may vary from the photographs.
Hand wash only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Wash promptly after use, towel dry immediately and allow the boards to dry fully before returning them to the stand.

Returns
Changed your mind? Contact us and send your item back within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this additional offer must be unused, in their original retail packaging and complete with all supplied accessories. Please retain proof of postage.

Cleaning and drying
Wash promptly after every use with warm water, mild washing up liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse briefly, then dry both sides and all edges immediately with a clean towel. Stand the board upright in a ventilated place until completely dry before returning it to the stand.
Do not soak
Never leave the boards or stand sitting in water, in the sink or on a wet surface. Prolonged moisture can cause swelling and lead to warping, splitting or cracking as the wood dries.
Not dishwasher safe
Do not put the boards or stand in the dishwasher. Wipe the stand with a lightly damp cloth and dry it straight away. Keep the set away from radiators, hobs and direct heat.
Oiling your boards
Use food grade mineral oil or a conditioner specifically labelled for wooden chopping boards. Apply only to clean, completely dry wood, covering both sides and edges evenly. Follow the oil manufacturer’s directions for absorption time, then wipe off excess oil before use.
Check the boards monthly and oil when the surface looks dry or faded. Boards washed frequently may need treatment more often. Avoid olive oil and ordinary cooking oils that can turn rancid. Do not use furniture polish or oils not labelled for food contact chopping boards.
